BAUGH: – Abram Baugh was of Powhatan Co., Va., and moved to Garrett Co., Ky., where his son Abram was born in 1775. There were Baugh families in Cumberland, Campbell, Goochland, Brunswick and Amelia counties, Va. In Cumberland Co., Burrell Baugh married Anne Netherland in 1775, and in 1786 he married second, Betty Nevis. Several members of the Baugh family settled in Pickaway Co., Ohio.
