The following inscriptions are from a neglected family burial ground at “Selma,”
Eastville, Northampton Co., Va.

Isaac Smith, born 4th Nov., 1734, died 23rd March, 1813, aged 78 years, 4
months, and 19 days. I. S. (on footstone)

Elizabeth Parker, second wife of George Parker and eldest daughter of Isaac and
Elizabeth Smith, was born 26th of February, 1760, and died 4th of August, 1808.
“In all her life greatly. admired, In her death very much lamented.”

Here lies George Lyttleton Smith Parker, son of George and Elizabeth Parker, and
grandson of Isaac and Elizabeth Smith; he was born 13th day of December, A. D.,
1803, and died on 26th of June, 1806.
